<abstract>Natural color ortho-rectified digital imagery with a pixel size of two, four, ten and twenty feet. Uncompressed Aldus TIFF version 5.0 with accompanying world files. Covers the Portland Metropolitan area in 311 section tiles. Portland area governments can obtain digital copies of these photos from Metro. Others need to contact Metro's contractor, Spencer B. <purpose>Collected annually for creating the Metro vacant land layer. The vacant layer is a major component in the buildable land inventory. The photos are also used in many of the region's GIS systems for use as a base layer. The photo layer registers well with taxlots and streets in most places.</purpose>
